Attachments in PivotCX

Attachments in PivotCX

PivotCX allows you to receive attachments sent via MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) or by uploading a file. PivotCX can accept any kind of file, but we are limited in what size we can accept:

Attachments sent by MMS will be instantly received by Pivot and can be seen within the chat view itself just like you would on your own phone:
