How to Activate your PivotCX Account


You'll receive an email invitation to activate your account once your PivotCX team has been set up. 
Ensure you can take action on the candidates delivered to you by activating your account. 

Activating a New PivotCX Account

  1. After you've been informed your new PivotCX team is ready to go, check for an email from "accounts@pivotcx.io." It will contain your account activation link.
  2. Check your SPAM folder if you don't see an email from PivotCX.



  3. On the email, click on the “Accept” button to go to PivotCX.



  4. On the signup page, fill in the required fields and choose a strong password. When you’re finished, click on “Register.” 


  5. The first time you log in, you'll be prompted to join your team. Click on "Join Now" and accept PivotCX's Terms and Conditions. When you're finished, you'll be redirected to the PivotCX Dashboard.


  6. Now you're ready to chat with candidates! Head over to the "Chat" tab to get started. Or, to review your past deliveries click on the "Deliveries" tab.
