Chat Command: ^assign

Chat Command: ^assign

Assign a team member or yourself to a conversation. This helps organize conversations and designate them to the corresponding team member(s).

You can only assign conversations to a team member. If you would like to have someone outside your team be able to access a conversation, use the ^invite command.

How To Use

Type ^assign in the chat window followed by the spacebar. Once the Assign section pops up, select the specific team member from the drop-down menu or by typing in the team member's email address.
