Switching Between PivotCX Teams

Switching Between PivotCX Teams

There are instances where PivotCX will provision more than one team for users. In these cases, the user needs to switch teams to see the corresponding candidates and all the pertinent metrics and information.

Here are the steps you can take to switch your team:
  1. Log in to PivotCX using your username and password.
  2. To access the new team, click on the team name and then click on "View All Teams."
  3. On the next screen, type your team name. You'll be redirected to the correct team.
For many independent owners, your team name will include your last name.

To see your candidates, click on the delivery tab.

Please note that switching teams only works if the email used to create your user name is the same. Otherwise, you'll have to log out from one account and log in with the other email.
