With every PivotCX team comes the ability to host a mini career site where you can post jobs, and have the applicants show up in PivotCX.
Turning on this setting allows you to create simple landing pages to capture contacts into your PivotCX team where you can message them later.
Set up Career Site
1. To enable your career site, go to the Team Settings and click on 'Jobs'
2. Click on the Toggle Career Site Button
3. Upload your Banner and Hero image in the provided fields. The banner image will show at top of the fold of the career site and on every job. Use the recommended sizes provided in the descriptions. Make sure your team also has a logo without a transparent background.
4. Add a company description in the "Company Blurb" field. The text will show over the Blurb background and over the Hero image.
5. (Optional) Add a video link. The video will show beneath the Hero image.
Access Career Site
1. To access your career site, use the provided link in the Team Settings
2. The Career Site lists all jobs that are marked as '
publicly listed.' Learn more about how to post and manage jobs
here3. Your Career Site will list all jobs on a map view as well using the addresses provided in the job descriptions.
4. You can search for jobs by job title in the 'What' field or by location in the 'Where' field.
