Manage Job Feeds

Manage Job Feeds

PivotCX is a communications hub for recruiters and we understand how important it is to be able to get candidates and applicants easily into the platform. That's why we've focused on building out various capabilities to support job feeds. PivotCX has native integration with Indeed and ZipRecruiter and has various programmatic partners it works with to create and manage job feeds so you can get your jobs out and communicate with all your candidates in one place.

Access and Manage Job Feeds

Team Settings>Feeds
You can view all your current job feeds in the 'Feeds' tab of the Team Settings. The 'Feeds' tab will show any active integrations you have on the PivotCX team.  Below is an example of what you might see if you have an Indeed feed.

Opening the URL Feed in a new tab will let you view exactly what's being sent to Indeed from PivotCX so you can troubleshoot any potential issues.
The Send Application URL is the webhook URL embedded in every job that tells Indeed where to post candidates once they apply through the Indeed Native Apply.

Add or Remove Jobs from a Feed

Once a feed is enabled, you can add and remove jobs from a feed using the instructions for posting and managing jobs here
