Overview

In addition to chatting with a job applicant, recruiters can make phone calls directly from their current conversation in the PivotCX chat window. 

How to Make a Phone Call

Go to your contact's conversation and click the call button; it's that easy!
A record of the call will appear in the conversation log within the Chat View.

To help job candidates get in touch with you if you're not able to answer their call, ensure you add a Call Forwarding number to your team's settings.
