How to update PivotCX Platform Notifications

Managing Notifications


Getting notifications about new candidate deliveries and candidate assignments is crucial to communicating with your job-seekers promptly and effectively. This is the best way to position yourself to pick the best candidates as soon as they are ready to speak with you about your job opportunity. 

Once you have logged in, you can update your notifications from PivotCX by going to your User Settings.
To get to these settings. Click on your profile icon or picture, located in the top right-hand corner of the hub. From the drop-down menu, click on "Settings."
Or you can use the navigation menu and click on "My settings."







In the Settings view, click on "Notifications" to make any changes to your notification preferences. When happy with your notification settings, click on "Save Changes."
