Turning On Inbound Message Notifications

Turning On Inbound Message Notifications

PivotCX advocates replying immediately after applicants respond to your messages for the most effective outreach. To make follow-up easier, you can turn on notifications for inbound messages.

This setting is typically recommended for users with a smaller conversation volume.

You can turn on this setting by going to My Settings ➡ Notifications.

Only check the "Only Assigned" box if your team uses the Assignment feature. Selecting this will notify a user if a conversation has been assigned to him instead of receiving alerts for all the conversations in your team.

You can get Email, Push and SMS, or a combination of these.
On this page, you can also modify the rest of your notification settings.

Remember to save your changes once you're finished.
