Chat Command: ^open

Users can close conversations manually or conversations can close after a predetermined time of inactivity has passed after a response time.

If a conversation is closed, the application status cannot be updated. However, even if a conversation has been closed out, it is still searchable through the search bar on the top-left panel in the chat window. You can also go to a specific conversation through one of several tabs in the dashboard.

If you need to open a conversation, type ^open in the chat window followed by the spacebar. This will open the conversation immediately, allowing you to make updates.
