Select All in View

In previous versions of PivotCX, recruiters had to manually select checkboxes when changing status in bulk or marking conversations as read. A "Select All in View" option has been added at the top of the grid view to speed up the selection process and minimize user error. Read more below!

When to use:

  1. Mass Status Changes: Great for marking a position as "closed" or for Mass dispositioning.
  2. Mass Read: Great for large teams dealing with a high volume of conversations.
  3. Mass Assign: Great for assigning handfuls of candidates to various users



 Keep in Mind that this will ONLY select the results on the current page

Changing Page Results

The default page result for PivotCX is 50, but this number can be adjusted! Click the arrow next to the number of results at the top of the grid to adjust.
