Update Active Apply to incoming Apply

What is an Active Apply

An active apply is the position the candidate is currently being screened for. If a candidate has applied for more than one position, all of the applies will appear in the candidate information panel under "Other Applications".
Once a candidate enters the system either through a list upload or job apply, their first apply is set as the Active Apply.

If you are taking advantage of PivotCX's screening services, then Candidate Developent Reps will ask which position a candidate is most interested in and will screen a candidate only for one of their applications, this is their Active Apply.

Automatically Update Active Apply

When you receive multiple applies from a candidate, PivotCX defaults to have the first one be the active apply. A PivotCX user can update which one is set to active by clicking on a different application.

When your candidate workflow would benefit from making an incoming application the active apply, PivotCX offers this flexibility. By changing the setting, you can automatically update the active apply anytime a candidate applies for a new job.

How-To

Go to your Team Setting, located at the end of the navigation menu. 



Once in Team Settings, click on the tab titled "Jobs" (it may be titled "Content"  or "Programs" depending on your language settings). 
Activate the 3rd toggle from the top menu to make the change. 
Finally, save once you have finished making updates to your settings.
